Off-site and Overseas Work
With T. Nielsen & Company's excellent reputation throughout the shipbuilding industry, our team of skilled craftsmen is often in demand for off-site and overseas work on a wide range of specialist and historically significant projects.
In recent years our work in the UK has included the major restoration of the 200' ex Navy Sloop HMS Gannet at Chatham in Kent, and the ongoing work replacing all structural timberwork on HMS Victory in Portsmouth.
Further afield, wherever historic timber ships are based, be it hull work and re-planking in Oman to a rig refit in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, T. Nielsen & Company has the experience and expertise to successfully complete a project of virtually any size.
