Each craftsman at T. Nielsen & Company takes a great pride in their particular skills. However, they are all involved and trained in the entire shipbuilding process. In addition, many of our staff are experienced sailors, bringing a personal insight into every aspect of a successful ship.

As one of the few shipbuilding companies offering industry-recognised apprenticeships, many of our employees receive a traditional four year training. Our skilled personnel range from project managers to researchers and shipwrights to welders, bringing incredible knowledge and skills to every project we work on.
